Music collective wild Up will perform contemporary, experimental interpretations of music iconic to the cinema and art of Los Angeles, including riffs on Ennio Morricone and The Beach Boys. WEST is a study of the west coast’s experimentalism, pulse music, noise, punk rock, and tumbleweeds. Featured performers include Jodie Landau, Archie Carey, and Brian Walsh, under the direction of wild Up’s founder and artistic director Christopher Rountree.

Physical theatre company Theatre Movement Bazaar’s Big Shot: a.k.a This is Not The Godfather, a vaudevillian theatrical collage inspired by “The Godfather” films and novel, investigates family dynamics, power, criminal behavior and being Italian-American through stylized theatrics, dynamic movement, song, dance and pasta. Big Shot returns to the Bootleg Theater following an international tour with stops in Edinburgh and Shanghai.
